Attention Patients:

We request that you give us 24-hour notice if you cannot keep your appointment. This will allow us to give your appointment to another patient in the event that you need to cancel.

Effective November 1, 2025, there will be a $25.00 fee for missed appointments without 24-hour prior notification. This fee will be charged directly to the patient, NOT to the patient’s
